The flight computer will thrust at whatever your acceleration limiter is set at to move your ship onto that vector. So 30% throttle isn 30% acceleration, it “thrust at max acceleration until the ship reaches 30% of your speed limit.” depending on the ship, to me, this relationship between throttle position and acceleration and speed can make it fly a little mushy pacsafe backpack.
