The Bengals rarely cut a guy who is signed unless it is cut down day. Not a lot of “cost cutting” releases happen in Cincinnati.It not ideal, but I like to think it could be a lot worse and they could just get these guys to sign and then dump them left and right to avoid paying them tote, but they don do that.
